When you visit her house and she tells you to go into her office to wait for her, sneak into her bedroom. When you mouse over the window on the other side of her bed it should offer you the option of opening the window. Then return at night, walk to the right side of her house (click on the arrow in the circle) and slip in from there.

Yeah the first version had that bug but got fixed later you should download another version preferably Brandy version
