It's an interesting reading even if it dates back to 2019.
Ellie’s not a slut YET and it was already highlighted a couple of times that Ellie’s into older guys who are very popular! Logan will become Ellie’s new boyfriend but Sophia will have the chance to change her mind at playable day 16. After this day Ellie’s storyline will take 3-4 different routes with different endings! Ellie has never been and also will never be a pure lesbian. But she can get bi sexual! So that Logan becomes Ellie’s new boyfriend is essential for Sophia’s further storyline with her and the chance to change her mind!
Speaking for myself, it's the first time I heard Ellie's story with the split into different routes **directly from him**. Good to know. It doesn't say anything about Logan and Sophia but I guess it was not the scope and, as usual, he didn't want to give to much away. From that he seems that Sophia will try to convince Ellie to move her interest on other characters, maybe Sam, Jules (but not as a pure lesbian).
So, I’m realistically planning to finish it within the next 3-4 years as one-man company!

Ok, here is the conundrum. Because we now have that list and provided he's not misleading us, I'd interpret it as the first sex scene on that special filthy route, not the first sex scene ever of the game with somebody different than Liam.
Now that we know that it will be a lesbian one (the 4th) it seems plausible that "the special filthy route" will be with either Alyssa or Nathalie with the info we have atm. Vicky if I remember correctly is more for threesome.
Janitor Clark's story will be still unfolded but who can’t wait… Spoiler alarm: he’s an ex gangbanger (OG) and ex-con. In US jails, gang members kill rapists (of women) and child abuser immediately when they get the chance! Furthermore, he had a wife and kids and is working in this freaking school where Sophia’s teaching (one shits not where you eat!)!!!
I didn't know he back story of Janitor Clark, it's interesting. I wonder if the Janitor will have a role in helping Sophia either with Aiden or Bennett, given that he went all the way to specify rapist and child abuser to say that even him has a set of moral rules.
Finally, I could not help noticing some terms he threw around that have been a topic of discussion (bold is mine for emphasis):

No big deal, it's just that they keep remind me of that apocryphal sentence in the OP about the game "So, will she stay the good, faithful wife or will she fall into all the temptations and become a filthy wh**e soon?".
I still think it's not meant literally and the language barrier has a role here.
For sure you can play the one on the PD 11 in the evening, which has a slightly variation whether you are on Morello path or not. On Morello path you have a choice to do or deny sex Liam in the bedroom after meeting Morello, in all the other route they will start in the jacuzzi and finish with the same sex scene in the bedroom (without choice this time).
"Surprising Liam at work" the next PD is available to all routes if you are not on Morello's (so e.g. possible on Dylan, Sam. Sam is one of the most independent routes so far).
